Dental veneers are designed to improve the appearance of your teeth are can be used to correct misaligned or poorly formed teeth, to close any gaps between teeth, to cover up any internal stains or as a restorative treatment for broken or chipped teeth.

Veneers are made from tooth-coloured materials, usually porcelain or a thin plastic resin, and are custom made to fit your teeth.

There is very little preparatory work involved in getting your tooth ready for the veneer, and any work is limited to the enamel structure. Dental cement is used to bond the veneer to the tooth, and multiple visits may be required to complete the treatment.

It's important to remember that having a dental veneer fitted is a permanent procedure due to the removal of tooth enamel during the fitting.
